they want to commence hydroxide conversion testing (nitric) from authier spod starting april21 to june21 (conversion testing at some corem facility wherever that is?).
1. am i reading that timeline correctly?? if so,
2. i do not understand how they will have authier spod at that point.... what am i missing.
