It is a go or no go ! everything is resting on the final environmental assessment (Y/N, we do not know whether there is one or not). I was a strong proponent b4.. I changed my mind. it is ok if people know the risk and willing to take it...it is not ok if we not want to knowledge the risk recently discovered.
after all, the recent market sell down did provide quite a few good candidates to pick up.... refusing to fall in love with a stock is no way wrong! GL
