Exactly, that is how I read it as well . Yes every mine is a new application but this is an established mining district . I haven't been there like many investors on here but to me that implies that excluding something extraordinary then the SYA project just has to take the necessary steps to move towards full approval. This case does seem to reflect a shift in government attitude in that they are ' suggesting ' SYA move to a more public arena and with an application to suit ( allowing an increased production limit )
