From what I read on the website providing BAPE details, there is a 30day consultation and 21 day review period. Add on any additional time required to prepare the required documents (Which I suggest will be minimal if they are already holding public consultations).
We're talking an extra two-to-three months to have an increased production capacity approved. Is this a realistic reason to wipe $17m off the MCap?
