It looks like a big downramper is trying to buy the share at low price buy putting a big sell order at 3.3c so any potential seller is made to sell at 3.2c. See there is no seller at 3.4c and only a single seller at 3.5c.
Please do not sell your share cheap to downrampers while you know your share worth much more.
Be patient.
