This (I feel) is an important announcement from the perspective of transitioning from design to procurement (being the frabrication of the CETO parts).

Perhaps I am oversimplifying with this analogy, but it's like getting Council approval re designs to build a house.
Approvals are now in, so construction can begin!!

@Frankie - I think you are right. A SP shifting announcement will likely occur from a positive MoorPower announcement which is likely to occur before CETO.

I also wonder what the commercial arrangement will be with the electricity supplies to the Spanish grid. Will this generate revenue or will it be gratis given the funding from Spain (I.e quid pro quo).
