With due respect, I guess you do not know the history of this management and the history of the Zambian venture and details therein. I have held ARE for yonks and my paper contracts have gone yellow. I have been I trading game for nearly 3 decades management view the root cause of the issue in Zambia was management's incompetence in the first place, which in my view led to opportunistic options for those to take advantage. This is a very positive view if one discards the possibility (not saying is the case) that the whole BS with court case etc was just a game played by *ALL* parties. Consider management's track record in creating shareholder value into (NOT) and read into *ALL*as you like. This management has led EVERY SINGLE venture into conflict with whatever type of party involved ... and hardly any venture completed.

... speaking of which, the Higginsville venture included. Let's just hope they have dealt with the conflict with Higginsville JV partner conflict properly and not having to do merry (MESS) go round again.
