    Well done Brent - minor dilution - sophisticated shareholder with great synergies - 2 million bucks with no discount - not bad for offloading s dead asset - hopefully this will get us over the line until revenue arrives - with this extra cash on the balance sheet I expect a rerating when the distribution deal is signed and the trial successfully concluded.
