Can't understand why anyone is thinking this isn't a great move .
A welcome $2 Million in the bank for a few extra shares , in the big scheme of things this is nothing .
What is important is the foot in the door in China , no shortage of wealthy people there who will pay for good medical technology , this is potentially a new market that hasn't previously been identified .
