The price is with no discount to the VWAP. So it is a good deal in my view.
The cash will get us way over the line and accelerate the commercialisation of APAS.
We will be able to get APAS in 2 European hospitals as per the St Vincents testing as soon as the distribution deal is signed.
Bet that the Chinese will continue to buy on market to increase there holding.
