I don't get it they get LBT’s proprietary MicroStreak intellectual property (IP) and 3,225,806 oppies for buying $2m of shares, if Brent has any confidence in his time line then he's paying them to take microstreak!!!
It sounds like a bad deal if the SP doesn't hit 44c with-in 12 months of issue, if it does well......#$@*

The last microstreak deal with bioMérieux was same same but different!!!!
Can we not out source negotiations in future, please.
