I would say the technical expertise needed is in Perth. This is a demonstration plant you know what that means right?
You wouldn't put it in Greenvale its not even a one horse town.
Its actually the type of place you could ride a cow around the streets and no one would notice.
Townsville would be the next best city but surely far easier to just ship a couple of truck loads of ore to Perth which has all the staff and facilities needed to prove up the model.
