If Altium management were greedy, they would take the offer and walk away. They believe, as do I, hard work and continuing to grow the business is the best option in the long run. Autodesk know what it would take to get to where Altium are today, and stand little chance to do it on their own anytime soon. Maybe 15 years down the track they could get close to the position Altium are in today.
