Pre-market is always not a good indication of the SP. Seen it on NYSE and Nasdaq when volume is so low and it distort the real market. The whole idea is to trick the retails into selling the weak hands for insto accumulation.

All the buys from yesterday and today are insto, and they are here to make $$. I won't be surprise to see a substantial holder notice over the next few days on who's been accumulating. Do you really think all the $100M shares that have gone through yesterday wouldn't have done lots of due diligence on what'll come through over the next few days/weeks? Those who sold, sold for the reason of a quick profit of 40%, not becoz they don't think there will be higher offer but the fat profit (and recouping losses) are too great.

Those who sold at the open today should be kicking themselves. I'm still holding mine and I won't be selling until I see a 4 in front.

Same thing with today, lots of accumulation is happening. Look at the graph and you can tell that someone has done the homework.

The market has already priced in the rejection from yesterday, so that means the market (and someone accumulating) has worked out the risk vs rewards that better offer(s) will be on the table. A few suitors have been mentioned and I won't be surprised to see a private equity jumping in as well.

All I'm saying is relax, be patient and sometimes the greatest return comes from doing nothing.
