I've opened short position on Altium.
Autodesk never had enough money to buy ALU. They might be raising capital for it, but don't think they'll bid more. Why would they?
Altium is laughing that someone just put their share price up with no financial performance. Was it fabricated or real? We won't know and I don't really care.
History says this has always resulted in share holders selling and no deal means it could go down.
I've opened short position on Altium. Autodesk never had enough...
