Since a successful Offtake partner potentially secures future income/revenue; what other main aspects will a financier or financiers look for?
Assuming AUZ enters into a formal offtake agreement with quite a strong enterprise, will this be enough to guarantee the $1b+ loan AUZ needs or are there other major "milestones" which must be achieved in addition to entering into an off take agreement?
