When I read this this morning I initially interpreted it as a sneaky hint to the market - "offtake partners are in place but we can't yet confirm, nudge nudge wink wink." I stress that this was just an interpretation and the phrasing is ambiguous. Perhaps deliberately so. IMO DYOR
