That was the easy part of the read , and anyone who read it would have seen the $15 Million . The ASX waiver told you that. More about the financial engineering and what it really equates to from here....And hence the trade which should emerge from these levels.ASX waiver aside they have :- 540,646,900 shares which can be issued ( 7.1 + 7.1 A ) x .02 ( 20% of .025 cents ) = $10,812,938. That's before the extra $5 million ' Top Up ' allocation for ' Soph's ' . That confirms the immediate trade is from .022 to .025 , however my guess is it overshoots this and trades higher. This of course will depend on the ' planned ' news pipeline ......commencing from Marcus's segment tomorrow......
