The issue price is not yet determined.
They will use the VWAP of the 5 days before the issue of new shares (15 July). Hence, the VWAP from 8th July to the 12th July will determine what price the new shares are issued - chuck in the 20% discount.
AVZ did the same thing.
Thats the week to watch, 8th-12th.
