Amen Hoots. Nigel at AVZ constructed the worst cap raise in history and for god knows why AUZ has now copied them. It really did end horribly for holders at AVZ with the price only recently recovering then dipping again below the price prior to the raise.
I hope the same does not happen to AUZ but this way of setting up an SPP only encourages the SP to go down the toilet, as the dodgy insto tries to mop up as many shares as they can for cheap/free (after you consider fees) then they pump it up and unleash all the shares on market. SP remains shot for months, if not years for a lowsy $10mill
