Yes. That's what the announcement said.
But you're assuming a hell of a lot. The s/p could be anywhere by then. Low or high, take your pick. The only sure thing to say about this is that CR's dont occur unless the company needs the cash. Like many have noted, the company was quoted as saying they intended to have wrapped all funding up by the end of June. This CR suggests otherwise.
