The day to day price action would be of little consequence to SK I would think and the fact is it can take very little to get it back up and overshoot with positive news.
Surely locking in 20% would unlikely be possible at 12c without pushing the price up same as most small caps in the early days.
Not that it's about that even it's about security of supply locked in as an early stepping stone of sorts to a fruitful partnership for future demand.
I am certainly no expert though but it's an interesting company and electrification and battery technology is and will be a massive growth story.
The day to day price action would be of little consequence to SK...
