Well Deakin are very difficult to convince to hand over 100% IP. atleast in my experience they try to retain alot of commercialisation so the fact AUZ managed 100% is quite astonishing.
Whether it results in anything is another question. I know any work we've done with them has but not the same part of Deakin.
