Doesn’t this sound subjective and therefore really at SKs ultimate discretion?

If you can tell me without doubt that this non binding term sheet automatically turns into a legal document at anything other than SKs discretion to the point above then sure I’ll believe you.. but that may be a struggle.. also if they don’t exercise their oppy doesn’t that kind of kill it all anyways?

All I’m saying is that the completion of term sheet conditions is not a given - more for the benefit of those gullible punters here who see 12c in a forum and think they have already paid AUZ the Cash for the 19.9% share...

But hey of course I’m not ramping and saying ‘toot toot here comes $1’ so I’m a target here...
