SK have not agreed to take a stake in AUZ at all. They have been granted an option to buy at a later date - the exercise of which is to SKs discretion..
SK can walk away at any stage hence the term option... premium/discount all irrelevant until the exercise/non exercise.
I don’t know how to be clearer here...
