Seems a bit premature. Not binding, no bfs, no actual commitment yet. They are pretty much saying, if what you have is what we want then it's all good, but, if you don't then no deal. If Auz goes past 12 it will be a good result. It could cap the share price at 12 until bfs and samples analyzed
Why did the management say that this is Binding when it clearly wasn't?
