Once again... if you read the whole thread and my posts all I did was correct one punter who read today’s announcement and took it to say that SK had acquired 19.9% of the company at 12c per share - equal to a 32% premium over the last traded share price.
If they did in fact do that then please point out in what announcement that was said because alas I missed that. Last time I checked they were to be granted an option (subject to AUZ shareholder approval). Furthermore I did not make a judgement of how probable exercise was - of course it’s likely to be exercised but in fairness the SP only needs to be at 11-12c after DFS for that to be the case.. imagine not exercising and trying to buy that volume on market...
Wow next time I’ll shut up and just perpetuate all this upramper crap designed to bring as one other poster said earlier ‘new and impressionable investors’ into the fold.
