Just to remind everyone how good this deal is. Side note for me MARKET RATES. They wanted in and paid a premium and market rates. I don't care about the 20%.
I consider this a way to go forward quicksmart.
Devil's advocate here: as we were before with no agrement, up down up down. I remembers day it dropped 17%. That can happen many times up down. Not any more from this price. I'm rapt and this will be life changing, bigger announcement than I could ever expect.
