A bit disappointing that it doesn't cover the full funding of sconi.
However, it reads like they have absolutely no doubt they'll get the funding.
You wouldn't give yourself a 6 month window otherwise.
And for the dummies. SK aren't going to enter into an agreement to buy 20% without seeing the bfs.
