The extra shares issued to SK will never hit the trading floor. They will be a substantial shareholder and junior partner in the future. They have a far greater interest in the project than to play silly buggers with the share price. That is the realm of the hedge funds and merchant banks. The dilution will have little effect on shareholders. I see a huge win for shareholders with no downside.
