There is absolutely zero evidence that ASX did anything to hold this up. This was a 2 hour job, and it took a week and a half, and that wasn't the ASX's fault. People on HC who called the company today confirmed that the company were due to release it around midday. That means that, even if the company did release it at midday, the ASX only held it up for a couple of hours.
Seriously. Are people incapable of attributing any blame to the company no matter how obvious? What's more logical:
- that the massive regulator can organise every company except this one,
- that the massive regulator 'has it in for' one tiny company, or
- that the tiny company (who are arguably good at geology) aren't skilled at PR, marketing, and corporate governance.
