Good announcement. The frustration from B.B. is clear in his language. The ASX have been made to eat their hat on this one. Curious as to why they didn’t flag the same concerns with PLS.
Anyway, it’s just a blip on the radar.
I don’t think this debacle has been worth it as those that really get it (those with enough funds to influence the market) wouldn’t have given two craps at the debate over binding. It was very clear to me in the first announcement what the deal was.
Anyway, this will surely draw out the nutters in HC so grab the popcorn and watch the finger pointing and ignorant nonsense flow.
