Fair call, but the timing of the first, albeit noted as “shortly”, should be IAW para 4 of the appendix, assuring SH of minimal dilution. I think the timings will minimise dilution now and downstream, after BFS. Fact is, they’ll 100% own Flemington, have available cash, a working demo plant and everything with SKI still in place. SP drop today is panic selling IMO. GL.
