5days ago when the real slide started we were at approx $215m market cap. Today we sit on $142m.
Could this deal for $8m, or $12m, funding have blown $73m off the market cap?
If we just assume today alone, that's 24m lost in market cap based on getting minimum $8m funding!
I still don't really understand what the hell Bergen are entitled to, how many share and how many options?
I'm sure the AUZ have intentionally made that unclear -_-
