Has anyone even taken a look at the 3B just released?
Convertible securities have a notional value of $1.00 and are convertible at 90% of VWAP during a specified period prior to conversion date (as in 2 years time)
The options granted have a conversion value of 9.59c
Bergen, if they want to convert, will wait until the options are well in the money. Why would they convert any sooner?
