Mikesz unfortunately you are trying to reason with clowns.... very few here look at the minor details and the ones that 'get it' usually stay quiet or are not expressing garbage on HC.... you have clearly identified the details, which, are of fundamental importance with respect to this deal. The fact that others have come on here are bagged the company for securing funding is utter ridiculous... the majority of negative comments have been based on the alleged track record of the financier. They have failed to look at the track record however of the company which they had previously invested to actually see that it was the other companies themselves that drove the SP down and not the financier.... This is a fair and reasonable agreement moving forward. Furthermore, with the attention on AUZ, why have your eggs in one basket with SK when you can receive additional funding for other projects. The deal is not to 'screw' either party but to place each party in a position to move forward. if people read the terms of the agreement stipulated in the 2nd Ann today and actually 'understood' the terms of the deal, then 80% of negativity would fizzle from the forum. The remaining 20% are a mixture of people who get off on others panicking or want to get in at an even lower rate. GLTAH
