Kalenn when you say 'push' the price. Are referring to the financier? How many shares do they own in the company atm? If they were going to drive the SP down they would have to pay up receive the initial $4m investment in shares, then short it..... make a loss on their initial investment whilst the price is plummeting and then make money shorting it to make up the difference. They would then buy in at the discounted VWAP price which for them is hopefully lower and cannot be less than 120 days from initial $4m invested. likelihood of this being successful with the BFS on its way, assuming positive, is in my opinion, a huge risk!
