I agree what you said. I did read carefully regarding the ann. There is 347mil allowance for the share issurance for the rest of 8mil or potential 12mil, thats 0.23c and 0.34c respectively, let alone the 10% discount they get. Based on Bergen's history, they will drive the sp towards to that number to maximise the number of shares They can convert. It is all possibility related tho. Maybe this time They decide to do another way. Just my analysis to say Bergen still got a large room to manipulate the current sp. AUZ still got huge potential. They should not take money from Bergen.
