I wouldn't expect much (or any) selling before the SP is well above where it was pre-funding announcement. Just highlighting the affect a lower SP makes on the convertible note. If the SP were to recover to 6.3c, the difference for Bergen between converting A$4m on the day of the announcement vs. today is A$1.9m. Or basically, the difference between a share placement (at 10% discount) vs. this convertible note agreement.
