I dont think there will be any ann before the AGM.
Why do I say this... BB likes to surprise and given all that's happened in the past with announcements I believe he will want to actually make the mammoth Sconi declaration to a packed hall personally from the pulpit.
My expectation is Sconi will be all go, but with a CR. Whether this is for $100m, $200m, $300m or $400m time will tell. Not long to go now.
