Point 3.. any proof to back up that wild claim? Or pure conjecture again on your part??
As your point 2 indicates continuous disclosure.. if the lenders were not happy and needed further timing.. they would have to release that to the market.. so no release means that from as far as we can material gather all if fine and going smoothly.. unless you can provide us all inside information info the financing discussion?? Which I doubt you can.. as all financiers, Lenders and SKI are all under NDA's..
But hey good story.. some proof next time to back up your claims might be nicer..
