Ekoglobal. I tend not to follow this company as closely as I had previously due the poor performance and absolute dissatisfaction of management. However I do have a very in-depth knowledge of the business through my contacts.
My belief is that Ava is a Division of Maxsec so AVA does not own Maxsec. The listing on the ASX is also Maxsec not Ava. AVA is not a listed entity anywhere that I know of. Maxsec in one guise or another has been around since 1995. AVA since 2016,
Cleaves is Director, Secretary and CEO. Fergus is Director of AVA only.
If you believe in the future. Great. And I hope so. The share performance is probably the absolute worst that I have seen. All because of Cleaves. Simple as that.
I hope you are right about FFT acquiring MAXSEC, however my intelligence has told me otherwise. But things do change.
I am here to make money but right now, and for some time, it hasnt happened. I am not to blame nor you. Only the muppets running the show because it is their job and what they are paid to do. So if the share price is abysmal they are the only ones to blame. No one else.
