    this board continues to make strange decisions on capital mgmt....$0.0017 at 255m shares is ~$435k

    what are they thinking......pay down debt owed by BQT rather than this administrative nonsense that changes nothing for most shareholders and really should lead most to think wtf is mgmt doing
