I'd suspect AVA BoD are pulling their own hair out at how long the procurement is taking with the Miners direct, and have therefore fired a 'subliminal' warning shot that they (AVA) will not be waiting around forever. whilst applying pressure to close the deal as even AVA must have capacity constraints assuming it does ''take off'' eventually. I assume the conveyor manufacturer will be some form of free marketing?
However, I also admit to being somewhat disappointed by the RNS following the hype, and is still a ''buy'' in my book. (I have added recently and also re-invested the dividends and CR back in.
