Rather than pay dividends with the access funds (from memory I don't think they have much in the way of franking credits), I'm hoping they either do a buyback or a capital return.
One thing that is probably not accounted for is the tax payable on the sale....I believe they had ~23m in tax losses carried forward and ~11m in foreign subsidiaries, so all depends on how they structured the sale.
