have they drill and find anything significant? No
are there any drill results to support current gain/MC? No
has the s/p and m/c increase a lot recently? Yes
has the trading volume exceed the total SOI and no any subholder notice? Yes and No
have they do a CR before assay? Yes

so base on the above, clearly the stock has been pumped and no new substantial holders
