1. there're no any discovery either IOCG or Nb-REE by RCR. (ignore Pokali, as this wasn't discovered by RCR, and no significant grade has been drilled/found so far)

2. share trading volume has exceed 4-5 times of current total SOI (288m), and there're no new sub-holder notices or current sub-holder to increase their holding, this tells you that the price is either manipulated (pumped) with some help from punters/traders and no real investors (i means serious/big investors) that are willing to invest on this one before any discovery.

3. They did a CR when they were about to complete the Pokali drilling, if any investors/traders with a bit of common sense should know that CR before assay always mean that the current drill program may not have great results as we expected, and the amount raised vs the one raised early this year for the RC drilling, you can tell they don't really need 5.6m for Avalon drill program.

4. peer comparison, WA1/ENR as they are closed to each other, and so RCR with CGR, as we know what was CGR's historical s/p and m/c, also where its s/p has settled before the drop, then we know the upside gain is very limited from current s/p (RCR).

5. money to be made, in the stock market do you think that if there' no money to be made, when there're good news such as "high grade Nb from Avalon..." and most current holders are already fully loaded, the big boys see the value is too high they don't want to buy, then what would happen to the price? on the other hand if the same situation with duster results then the price will be dropped sharply, so in investment world it is not just about "oh this thing has great potential" we should just keep buying and ignore that basic theory of investment.
