Many people don't like CR which is always in favour to sophisticated investors. However, for RCR's instance, it is good and shown to be sharks who manipulate the stock have been in position. To manipulate a small company still need high costs to push up/down. Therefore, without 20 cents, they could not offload their shares in good profit. So I expect 20 + in next1-2 month before result coming out. If it was lucky, the company found something, they would sell out in very high and real institution investors would coming.
