before WA1 made their first Niobium discovery ENR already had M/C of ~$40m
after WA1 made first Nb-REE carbonatite discovery ENR's S/P and M/C started to move up too
until WA1 announced the discovery of second Nb-REE carbonatite ENR M/C reached $88m then slowly drop back to where it started $40m M/C
so considering where RCR's M/C was pre-Avalon, $20-30m M/C valuation has already extra $15-25m M/C on top of what it worth before.
now look at ENR, they did drop back to $40m M/C, so should RCR back to sub-$10m M/C too?
