this is what it is right now, price can be pumped up so that people will think omg we will miss the boat if we don't buy it, lets chase the price up...etc
so the price will be deviated from the fair value when that happened.

yes, RCR's market cap could be closed to $100m or higher but that is only when they hit the jackpot from Avalon, and there're real examples like WA1 and ENR, their past valuation can be used as a guide to value RCR at different exploration stage, I had already made that point clearly on other posts.
